The Longer Table, a social enterprise, is a designated 7,000 square ft garden being developed with the intent to grow and donate fresh vegetables to Central Indiana food banks and shelters.

Mission: The Longer Table of Hamilton County, Indiana, based on the premise that all people deserve access to fresh nutritional food, seeks to support efforts of Indianapolis area food pantries and homeless shelters by providing fresh vegetables grown with sustainable and organic practices.

Vision: The intention of this project is to donate 40% of the vegetable yield to food insecure families through area food banks and events. Another 40% will be sold to offset the overhead of the garden and expand. The final 20% will be used for our extended family and bartering.
